small brown dog, the chest is a little bit more white. It has a pink collar. Looks really afraid. It looks like a mix breed.

We were walking with my husband last night and we found this dog wandering around. It has as pink collar and it looks really scare, we try to call her and give her something but she ran away. Finally we found a police and ask his help, he just told us he see it frequently and it is kind of imposible to catch her. I hope someone see this post and go get her, she walks in the middle of the road so is really in danger.
