Message from Owner

Missing my light! I’m not sure if he left on the 6th of March or the 8th. He is skittish and gets easily spooked because he hasn’t been treated well until I started to take care of him. His whiskers are super long he is a cuddler. He is 5 or 6 years old. He loves to play with his neighborhood friends and if you let him out near the cross streets he will come . He is both indoor and outdoor cat. I miss him dearly and his birthday is on April 1st so I miss him even more. I can show you my phone with thousands of pictures. I’m in recovery almost 4 years on the 23rd and he has been my inspiration and we have been through a lot. He has a one direction blanket that he sleeps with and I’m having a hard time sleeping with out him. He greets me when I come from work and calms my triggers both PTSD and Narcotics. I want to celebrate with him my life with him because he is a special member of our family and he gets treated as such with us.

Years ago our cat was gone for three months. He returned home clean and well fed. Obviously someone nearby locked him in their house. But, he knew where he lived and was able to finally escape and come home to us. 🤗

I really hope you get your cat back. I lost mine for three days. Those were three days of heartbreak.

Try to put out his litter box. Cats can smell their own litter box up to a mile away. I do hope you find your fur baby soon & he is back home with his loving family.

Set out familiar smells like your worn clothes, favorite bed or blanket. Please post on Nextdoor, if you have not already. Such a great resource. Check the shelters often, both city and ddfl. Also, consider putting up flyers around the area. That’s how I found my sweet boy years ago. Sharing and sending prayers!
