Description

Gray stripes with white and tan markings. Small kitty, with shaved belly (looks to have been spayed recently? ) one ear is tipped as well. She is very vocal and friendly.

This sweet girl showed up in our yard a few days ago. She seems too social to be a feral cat though. Hoping that we can reunite her with her family.

Shaved belly and tipped ear indicate she was recently picked up as a “feral” or community cat and TNR’d (trapped, neutered, returned). Some community cats can be really friendly. Some have been dumped so are former pets and are therefore friendly. If possible, she should be scanned for a microchip and if a chip is found, the owners can be contacted. If there’s no chip, and someone is willing to foster her, contact outreach@fixurpet.com to see about getting her into the Traps to Laps program. If they are full, and a foster can be patient, she can be advertised on Facebook and NextDoor for adoption with a rehoming fee (to weed out bad actors). Her color is “dilute tortoises” or “pastel tortoises”.
