I don't care what city what state what town anywhere you live your dogs are not safe outside alone ever not even for 30 seconds it doesn't matter if it's a neighbor kid who comes up and tries to walk off with your dog when it's hooked to a leash at the front of the house and you go to answer the phone that happened to my grandmother 30 years ago, nowadays nefarious people are out there trying to steal people's dogs to get money out of the people or to get money for the dogs never put your dogs out and walk away
