Mittens is Missing in Elkton, MD

Description

Mittens is a black domestic short hair mix with white spot on her nose, one on her mouth, white whiskers, a white neck & belly and 4 white paws or mittens. She is actually 2 years old in November but because we lost all of our photos and important documents recently in a computer/phone mishap, I had no choice but to post a photo of her as a kitten. Her face & looks exactly the same as do her markings. Just picture her as an adult 15-18 lbs heavier! A healthy specimen she is - not a petite or small boned cat.

Mittens is a genuine sweetheart but is very shy with people she is not familiar with. We are struggling without her and cannot imagine a life with no Mittens! Every morning when we wake up the first thing we would do is head for the door to let her in for lots of loving and then straight to the kitchen for breakfast. That is until she went missing and stopped being on the other side of that door! Every day is now like torture full of anxiety, worry and then sadness right up until we hit the sheets after praying to God. "Please show her the way lord - she needs us as much as we need her! If for some reason this is not possible, then please let her be comfortable & not in any pain." She is microchipped and should someone spot her or find her, please call so we can get her ASAP. Thank you!
