Hope she wasn't out on purpose. No one stole her there's a huge cat overpopulation problem. Go door to door put up signs much too cold for kittens to be born outside. Make spaying a very high priority due to overpopulation issues

Go search your neighborhood & ask people to check under their decks & bushes, window wells.

Look close to home and put out litter and smelly food and your clothes for smell. Use flashlight and look under everything outside for eyes at night and babies. Prayers you find your baby soon 😇 🙏
