We found this boy going out towards the blue Creek boat ramp in the Ocala national Forest. He has hurt his nails are very long and he is covered in at least 1 million ticks. I went to tractor supply and spent about $50 on flea and tick shampoo and a collar. I gave him a bath and we removed at least 100 ticks if this is your dog please reach out. And if you dropped him off like I think you did, you’re a jerk. If you’re willing to help me take care of this boy that would be amazing as well I work full-time and do not have the time for a third dog.

Up date on the dog my daughter has named Buddy! We’ve contacted UF Health animal hospital and they are going to take over ownership. They will care for him and get in contact with animal services. He needs help, and we aren’t sure the extent. Thank you to everyone who has shared and enquired. We think this is our best option for him.

Therese Inglert thank you! He’s so sweet and I don’t want to assume he was dropped off out there.. but he was there with empty containers of water.. and his nails are about 3 inches or longer.. and he’s hurt. Just want to get him help!
