help please! My friend lives in seneca near hwy 59 & this dog has been sitting on her porch all evening. It’s skittish but very hungry. she fed it two hot dog weenies but she doesn’t have dog food & her husband doesn’t want the dog there at all & has made that very clear. Does this dog belong to someone or could someone pleaseeee come take it until we can figure something out? It looks to be an older dog almost looks like it has mange but is covered in fleas so that could also be a reason for the hair loss. This dog is in BAD shape. I just had surgery today & live in an apmt or i would take the dog myself. She has reached out to animal control but no response. Someone please help this baby, i’ll buy him a bag of dog food if you can help.
