flyers on porches a block around. talk to neighbors. wont go far. be patient. inside cats get scared outside and may not answer when called. my blind cat was 5 doors down for 6 weeks. the neighbor kept the flyer and called me when she spotted my cat in her front bushes - where I had called my cat's name a million times.

Cats usually stay close to home, put an article of clothing outside the door he escaped from. Put food out for him. Go out at night with a flashlight and softly call his name. You can see the shining eyes. He may be so scared that he won’t come to you. Don’t give up, took me a month to find my cat that got out a door that didn’t latch. Had multiple sightings but he would not come to me. Put out fliers. I finally found mine in a culvert and had to net both ends and flush him out. Good luck
