Sad he was reunited to someone who had him with shoe laces Dog looks and sounds sweet. Deserves to live indoors Not outside . ITS ILLEGAL in Rome to tie a dog up outside Just sad sad 😔

Thank God. Be careful people are stealing pets. Put name and number on tag. If you have not got a fenced in yard take your dog out on a harness so it will be safe. Hope the owner will see this.
