Light orange, possible ear tip or injury not sure, originally had a collar on.

This kitty has been visiting for a couple weeks. He's been fed and sleeps on the deck.. He will occasionally allow pets but is a very anxious Kitty. Does not like to be picked up. Had made friends with the strays that come around. He's definitely someone's pet in my opinion. He's a sweet boy and needs to get back home.

If that’s the tan cat me and my family were feeding in villager circle we did end up taking him to the shelter and he got rescued through a rescue. But I do know that if he did not get adopted he was to be released back in the area through TNR.

I just learned that there is a public scanning post in dundalk, I'm gonna see if I can convince him to go in a carrier over the next few days so I can go scan him

If he's ear-tipped he is probably a friendly stray who was TNR'd. If you can get him trapped or into a carrier take him to get him scanned or reach out to other groups that may have someone with a scanner that can come by and scan for a possible chip.
