This cat seems to have had a home at one time , it’s kinda shy but loving and it will talk to you like it’s just begging for someone to help it . She has never been seen on this street before, so I’m not sure if she’s lost or maybe got let out on the wrong street. Kenton County Animal Shelter wasn’t any help to me .
