Someone has been stealing my cats! I feed the ferals and neighbors and Boca Raton HATE cats! Jacki was not a feral, she was my baby!! My heart is still broken everyday. Boca put cats on the "Nuisance" list with Possums. And Boca has a law that cats MUST BE ON A LEASH. Another woman said she has been fighting to get her cats back. A Boca rescue woman thinks its not humane to let a cat outside, so she kidnapps them. I also heard because there are around 400 drug half way houses in Boca Raton, drug addicts steal them and sell them to a lab. Please help me find her.
