Try to put a trap out and put something that has your scent on or they're sent in the trap

Have you set a trap for him ? Borrow a trap from your Vet or local animal shelter. Set it close to where he got out. Put food in the trap and a Tshirt of owner or your son for scent. Cover the trap with a towel or kitty’s blanket. Hurry and get this done.
