The litter box is not a good idea. It will attract other animals and may keep the cat away. Set out some of it's bedding.

Set her litter box outside by your door and some clothing with your scent on it,also check your previous home.she may have returned there. Praying you find her soon.

When moving, you're supposed to keep them INSIDE to acclimate to their new home and then make a catio for going outside, esp. in a new unfamiliar area. Put out her litter box and food and hopefully she will return.
