He was last seen on Blountstown high and capital circle n.w light close to the chevron this morning, small chihuahua Brown with some white & black on his skin on his stomach area!! Name is canelo no collar. I was unable to get out My car to get him due to being 6 months pregnant and unable to bend down. Only picture I have available . This is my son best friend. He was picked up by someone on that same road before cars started to move. I know this is a long shot due to the picture quality
