There was a dog at WCAS that Noah's Ark refused to take back-I saw it. I think it was last week ...Noah's Ark does whatever suits them at the time...WCAS has no such luxury

Linda Urbelis Unfortunately that will not happen. A couple years ago Winnebago County Board APPROVED a license for a breeding operation run by two 70 year old people. The board thought the tax revenue would be a good thing...guess they didn't think ahead when WCAS would have to clean up a puppy mill gone a muck and didn't consider what that would cost in $ and in lives lost.

Obviously backyard breeding. This could all be solved by Winnebago County Board prohibiting the sale of these animals. He wants this puppy back to sell.
