There is a post on petcolove, 2 found pugs, male, in the backseat of a car. They may have gone to county though as there are a few similar there.

Saw a pug on 51st by northern I think a car stopped for it we were going to turn around but it had stopped. Hope no one hit it hoping it stopped to grab him

, I see a lot of people losing the dogs and cats in AZ. The heat alone will them, not to mention coyotes are more in the city than people think. Check with homeless. I hope to GOD you find this beautiful dog.
