Needs to be scanned for a chip to hopefully locate the owners. Owners go to the shelters to look for their lost dogs. A lot of people do not belong to these groups to see the posts

Can someone please take the dog to any vets office or after hours emergency vets office or shelter to be scanned for a chip to hopefully locate the owners there is no cost or charge. If not please hold the dog and call animal control

Its been posted on next door by multiple people. She's been wondering around the area for about 4days. I couldn't take her but i tried giving her water but she didnt really want it. She's super friendly. I was walking my dog when we saw her and she didnt do anything. Seems young
