Don’t give up. Unfortunately this happens. If they can’t provide proof that they have her, don’t send money or give them personal info. They can meet you at a veterinary office, humane society. Ask neighbors to check surveillance cameras, Ring app, check garage, sheds, vehicles, anywhere she could accidentally be locked in. Put bright waterproof flyers up everywhere. Post on Nextdoor app for the neighborhood missing. Local Facebook Lost and Found Pets sites. Let chip company know she is missing. File lost report with pictures at Humane Society, local Animal Control, Veterinary offices. Craigslist, be careful of scams. Hoping she is home soon.
