Sweet baby with pink collar no tags wandering the Spring Haven neighborhood off Fort Jackson Blvd in Lugoff. She is safe and inside in the AC with water and food. Animal services has been contacted, she has been wandering several days.

Make flyers with picture saying FOUND DOG. Put up 1-4 miles from where found. Not everyone has social media
