MESSAGE FROM OWNER

Has anyone seen our sweet, little Kira around the Atwater Landing neighborhood, particularly around Hornbeam Lane? She likes to spend time out in the yard when the weather is nice and will usually stay put in our yard, but she never came Wednesday night and we really miss her and are worried about her.

DESCRIPTION

Kira is a Himalayan mix, gray striped with white on her chin, chest, and paws. She's 4, but still very petite and kitten sized about 4-5 lbs gray and white with a little bobtail. She is spayed and microchipped.

1. Post flyers on neon poster paper and put in plastic zip lock bags. 2. Notify microchip company and all area shelters 3. Set a cat trap and bait with canned mackerel or sardines . Put a tarp over the top. Cats get spooked but hunger trumps the fear. 4. Look under houses , porches, decks and bushes 5. Look in garages, sheds, drain pipes and sewers 6. Go out late at night when quiet like 10 pm- 6 am and call calmly. Take a strong flash light to reflect on the eyes. Take treats 7. Set up outdoor feeding stations and put out water so your cat can survive 8. Set up outdoor camera to see if coming up about $35 Walmart
