I realize how long ago he vanished but l just found this site and I had to try even though it’s not likely I will ever find him. Try lostmykitty.com they have a service that sends out a lost pet alert to the phones in your area with a description on your phone number. There is a fee but that’s how I found my cat. Of course it wasn’t three years later, but it’s worth a shot.
