You can also call 311 to request an officer to come to your home to scan the cat for a microchip. looks like you got him if you can borrow a crate from a neighbor you can take him to any vet. You don’t have to be a patient there and they will microchip scan him for free.!!!! you just need to go before 5 o’clock. Thank you for being a kind human.🙏🐾🙏
