Keep looking, keep calling , keep posting, keep asking until you know something concrete about him. He looks so much like my Mario, that on Decent 2020 , cut the window screen door , and disappeared. I never gave up on him, since I loved him so much and missed him terribly. I kept calling, posting, all over. Over and over again. And people kept saying , but he is so handsome, someone must have just taken him in, and so on. But something in my heart kept saying to go on, to keep trying. When I was beginning to loose hope, 18 months later, someone from South Arlington, near Falls Church, called me , saying that a kitty very similar to mine, kept visiting every night, and bothering their cats. Now, I live in Annandale, and was very skeptical, but the lady trapped him, and the next morning, when I went there, I almost fainted. That was my Mario, all matted, having lost a lot of weight, and extremity traumatized. It took us a couple of weeks , for him to calm down, while eating everything in sight.
So I am hoping you Will continue searching for him. He is out there, and he needs you. And as soon as you find him, take him in and lick the door. He stays permanently in. He counts on you to be a responsible pet parent!
