You might want to check the newspaper since a lot of elderly people do not use social media. A vet or a shelter will scan the cat for a microchip for free. Maybe you have new neighbors or your neighbors got a new cat? Praying you find this baby’s family. 🙏💔

There was a listing of a cat like this ..the owner is from luzerne Street in Scranton. I'll have to see if I can find it.
