TULA is stolen!!! I hired a pet transport company who turned out to be shady and they are now refusing to return my dog. They never showed up to my apmt to drop her off, and are not allowing me to pay the final invoice and are demanding cash and increasing the value each hour. I don’t know where she is and her last known location was Orangeburg, SC as of this morning.
