Duke has been stolen from a friend that was fostering him. She has a wagon that says journey by faith. He is microchipped to me. He's my baby. I had just recently gotten out of a domestic abuse relationship and she said she would take him til I got settled in my apmt I was waiting on. But now has blocked all contact and has taken my baby. Please help!
