Description

Update: The dog is hanging around the agricultural area of the Central West High School campus. They shoo the dog away whenever they see him. We can’t catch the dog so we have been leaving food daily. I think the dog feels comfortable with the animals. If you have a way to help the dog, please do. The dog is either a senior or perhaps partially blind or deaf. It moves slowly and doesn’t seem to realize you are there until you get close. We have no way to catch the dog. We currently have 11 rescues.

Looks hurt but was sleeping on the side of the c. I stopped to try to offer food and it ran into the overgrown gvines . It hobbled when it ran away like it was old or hurt. Area is the corner of Shields and enson, on the side of the c.

We saw the dog again and we are feeding it daily. Not sure where it is seeking shelter at night, but we think its going to the Central High school Ag area where they keep the animals for the school. Still won’t let us get close to it.

We’re still feeding the dog. We haven’t seen it for a week, but it seems to still be trying to survive. The food is gone every day. We think it is hiding now because we have so many coyotes in the area. If anyone has a trap, we would like to trap it so we can help it further. I think its pretty old. We haven’t been able to see if its male or female because it won’t let you get close enough. Shields and enson.

I don’t think the shelters will help because it’s out in the county.

It will need to be trapped. You can’t get close to it. I have left food twice but it keeps running off. We have a big problem with coyotes out here but I don’t have a trap.

You can call the shelters there I'm not sure which one but they will pick up an injured dog
