He’s a very friendly boy with a tipped ear & a chip leading to lb animal care. If found or seen please message me even if you’re not sure if it’s him. He has a very unique meow that’s very raspy. He had open wounds that should be semi healing but could be pretty badly scarred still since he was barely recently treated for mange.
