I found him when I was feeding my federal cats. He was scared to death , he didn't have collar neither the county I. D. In my mind somebody abandoned him. The owner has his kitty now.

Put some of her items outside. Bed blanket toys something if yours unwashed. Put flyers everywhere!! I have put the litter box and smelly food out. Others don’t believe in that. Check culverts bushes and tree lines. Cats tend to stay close to home and can smell a good distance!! 🙏🐾💕
