Maincoon stripes that lead to a circle; tipped ear from TNR as a stray, green eyes, one eye is messed up (he's on for it), brown, with some grey and black.

Frank was found, I really feel like somebody keeps taking him inside their hse and if this is the case I am asking you to PLEASE stop doing this, he always comes home after an hour or so and he needs . I understand he is a very friendly and affectionate cat but he does have a proper home and we are doing our best to keep him inside and safe, so when he does escape let him be so that he can return back to us! Thank you.
