This dog was at my neighbors hse chasing the cats I tried to get a hold of him but was unsuccessful. It looks like he has a collar with tags on. I’ll try to get a better picture of him. Somebody almost hit my car this morning in the middle of the street so I had to leave and go to work, but he is still roaming around our neighborhood.
