Scruffy looking beige coat darker hair around the face. Around 15lbs

This dog was barking approx at 930am today standing in the middle of the street at Ellington st Hartford. I opened my gate as my dog was in the yard to see if he would be curious enough to walk in my yard but took off looking back. I ended up taking my dog for a walk keeping my distance but then lost site of him right before Brookfield st. The doggo is def scared and very skittish. I will continue to look around.
