My boyfriend found this dog at burrito tower, apparently she's almost been hit on 3 seperate occasions throughout the past 2 days. Fur is trimmed and so are her nails but she has fleas/ ticks and dry skin. We want her to get home but we are asking for verification via photos or vet records.
