I found him/her on appian way, he's definitely someone's pet. He let me pet him and grab him and he doesn't bite. He's also pretty fat lol

Please take to animal control, and remember, a loose cat might be a neighbor’s indoor/outdoor cat. Remember to ask for proof of ownership before handing over.
