Description
Mainly a Turquoise belly, yellow head. Cere appeared to be beige which indicates a female budgie.
Message from Finder
She doesn't stay up in the tree (specifically the tree right above the Hackensack sign) for very long until she flies back down again, pecks at the dirt/grass. I tried my best to lure her in with millet treats, budgie sounds on YouTube, and kneeling down scoring closer slowly. She would fly back into the tree when she felt I was getting too close.
