Message from Owner

I'm asking for help finding our dog, Bella. ❤️ Bella is a 3-year-old pit bull mix who is mostly white with black spots. She has a perfect black spot on the top of her tail and another black spot on her face. We have had her since she was born, and she is literally like my child. I don't want her thinking we aren't looking for her and I don't want her thinking we just disappeared on her. She is such a skittish dog she was probably scared to death. Due to housing problems, Bella was staying with a friend. While she was there, the friend's parents didn't want her in the home, and she ended up at the animal shelter. By the time we found out what had happened and tried to get her back, she had already been adopted. The shelter cannot or will not tell us where she was placed. If Bella was adopted into a loving home, I truly am grateful that she is safe and cared for. I would never want to cause another family heartbreak if they love her as much as we do. More than anything, I just want to know that she's okay. My son is absolutely devastated. Bella was his best friend, and he misses her every single day. If anyone recognizes Bella or knows someone who recently adopted a dog around February or march (I can get the exact date and shelters name I just can't remember off the top of my head) matching her description, please reach out to me on Facebook messenger. Even if her new family doesn't wish to give her back, I would be forever grateful just to know she's happy and loved. If they were willing to send a photo or let us know she's doing well, or if they would let us see her again, that would mean the world to me. Please share this post so it reaches as many people as possible. Thank you! Here is some photos of her.

Jill Schubitzke thats good to know. My dog got loose once when I first got him, he sat in doggy jail for over the weekend. A person called the police when they found my dog. He was chipped when I got him from animal allies. So im unsure, how I didnt get contacted about him. I didnt even know he got out of my house that day until I woke up. I had a shady landlord back then, who I was convinced was coming in when I was gone. I had a day off and I was sure I locked the door bcz I put a curtain up I didnt have a rod so it was tacked into the wall. N the curtain was still up, but The door was cracked opened when I woke up. So he had to sit for the weekend in doggy jail bcz noone at the shelter was answering the phone or door so I can get him, noone answered anything until monday. So I feel like when animals are there.. they arent cared for over the weekend. Which is pretty Sad.

Tanaya Smith-Kingbird because of privacy stuff, did you give them your number and say if you adopted her out could you see if the adopters would be willing to let you know how she's doing. This is just a suggestion
