Janice Bradshaw yes ma'am, I've posted to Ring also. We crack our garage every night (and we keep it open all day just in case),. Hoping he makes his way home soon, but this is a new area so I'm not sure he knows the way home :(

Janice Bradshaw Thank you Janice. I've posted to Next Door, to Pawboost, to Ring Neighbor alerts, to Rockwall Animal Shelter, and also to his microchip. We've gone door to door and I made posters to put around the neighborhood also. There is a storm drain out back and I've called and called with treats even and he hasn't come out or even cried so I am not sure he is in there. :( Thank you for your kind words <3

So sorry kitty is missing. My indoor only cat got out during construction and was missing for a week. Post on Next Door. If chipped, report missing to the chip company and ensure they have up to date contact info for you. File a missing report with the shelter online. I read indoor cats usually only stray 5-10 houses so I went door to door in a radius around my house and asked neighbors if I could search their backyards and under sheds. I also handed them a flyer. I walked around at night calling my cat and shining a flashlight in bushes to try to spot eyes. I cracked my garage slightly and put a lot of dirty laundry i.e. dirty sheets and blankets which helps with a scent trail. A neighbor spotted my cat in the storm drain closest to my house. I never thought to look there. It took 3 days after knowing she was in there until she came out. I do not have Ring, so I bought cheap motion sensor cameras and set them up at both doors that sent motion alerts to my phone.Good tips here: www.catsinthebag.org Paws crossed you are reunited soon.
