You must remain on foot searching. Inform your neighbours. Put up posters. Spreading awareness is key. Play budgie flock calls from a Bluetooth speaker or your phone to get their attention. It will likely end up at someone’s feeder in the area, and will have to learn how to survive from the local sparrows. If you have another budgie and a proper carrier, that would be the best way to lure back to you. Please exhaust all efforts.

If you catch one, it will help to take it in it’s cage and place it where the other one is seen. Hopefully someone will see them near bird feeders.
