Please if you are the woman thats on video at the WinCo on Greenback and Illinois in Orangevale Ca or someone who has seen and knows where my dog Deliah is please call me so I can be reunited with her! I am a disabled Army Veteran she is Emotional Support dog and is loved immensely! To the woman who took Delilah: I understand you might have been thinking you're doing the right thing by taking my dog out for the WinCo however you're not and you stole my dog. I didnt leave her tied to the front of stores and didn't know she was there until a couple minutes before I walked out of the store and found out you had taken her at the same time. My dog was in the truck with what I thought was a friend of mine who drove me there and was watching her while I went into the store however I was in there my friend took off with my belongings and left my dog to the front of the store while I was inside! So please return my dog and call me as soon as possible I don't always have service on my phone so it's imperative that you return her to meet as soon as you see this please don't take her to the SPCA they will charge me and adopt her out within 3 days if I can't come up with the money which can get very costly even having to pay for one day if you drop her off please return her straight to me my phone number is Kaila if you can't get me there you can reach me on my friends from the service Kaila. If I don't get her back by end of business day today I will be filing charges against and having the law at your door you, your car with your child in it were captured on cell phone video as well as on WinCos Surveillance taking my dog so please return her as I don't want to have to get the police involved but I will do what I have to if she not returned Thank you! - Kaila.
