Loose dog spotted – City Park West / Uptown I spotted a loose dog around 8:25 a.m. at the intersection of Park Ave & E. 17th Ave, heading toward the hosp campus. He appears to be a medium-to-large black dog with white on his chest, underbelly, and feet. He has upright ears, a healthy-looking coat, and I didn’t notice a collar. He didn’t appear distressed—he was calmly walking and looked to be at a healthy weight. My assumption is that he has an owner and may have gotten out. If this is your dog or you know who he belongs to, he was last seen heading toward the hosp around 8:25 a.m.
