Male declawed long hair black cat with a long fluffy tail.

He showed up at 230 am in my back bedroom window ledge crying to get inside. He is inside my hse. Is not afraid of a vacuum. I’m trying to find his family. Very friendly. Someone paid a lot of money to declaw this cat. He had been in a few cat fights due to his ear was full of scabs. Someone is missing this boy!! Help me find his home please.
