Also, Coco was not wearing a collar. I have pictures that show this. All in all, a very disturbing and upsetting experience. And finally, this is not the first time Coca has gotten out. Other neighbors have had incidents.

Coco came to my home. I live in Olivette. I’m sure she’s a sweet dog but she would not leave my house and it greatly upset my dog. She also left clumps of matted hair all over my porch. And, she toppled over furniture on my porch as well. This lasted for hours and was very upsetting.
