Message from Finder
The dog is roaming around outside the doors of the sonic because of the smells of all the food. Animal control has been called but they are busy. Tried to coerce him with tater tots to get him in my car to go over to River bark to see if he’s chipped and if the can hold him but he’s hesitant. He seems to be owned as he has collar marks around his neck.
