Whiskey is a 12 year old puppy at heart who adores his owners. About 5 months ago one of his owners, his "dad", past away and he's been living with his "mom" in a new location since then. He has never escaped from this location until now and apparently can't find his way . He has separation anxiety when away from his "mom" for too long, so we know he is probably panicking out there somewhere along with being hungry and thirsty. We all want to see him reunited with his family

Hang some of unwashed clothes out so the dog can pick up the scent. If you haven’t already, call police depts. in your area, county and local shelters, vets, with a description of the dog. Some PDs are very helpful about taking info on lost/found pets. Make up large, easily read flyers and post them in the neighborhood. Post a lost ad on nextdoor.com. Visit the local shelters or humane society every couple of days IN PERSON, don't just call. They have so many dogs that it’s easy to overlook one. Good luck!

wiskey looks like he has been groomed. I would check all wooded areas not far from your house and also ponds, water.
