Calista is missing! She's a very friendly and extremely small tortoises. She was last seen near the dyke at the end of Reichenbach Road in Pitt Meadows. Many of you may walk your dogs in the area, please keep an eye open for her. She's extremely missed, both by me and her kittens. Thank you

*Keep trying what's listed....All the best in your beautiful cat's return,~💜💜 **Cats that get outside, they tend to panic & hide, usually close to home. When it's dark out, go outside with a flashlight or headlamp & look under every bush, vehicles anything they might go to for safety around your home. Watch for their Eyes to light up with the beam of the flashlight. Let neighbors know, they sometimes will get locked in an open shed & Put posters up. Leave out some bedding/clothing of theirs & yours, but NOT the litter box. Going out with a bag of treats OR whatever your cat loves to eat... calling their name. IF at all possible to leave a window or door open, when it's quiet many have come back. Continue looking & calling. The cat is scared & hiding & may have been chased. REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT If possible consider building a Catio - so much safer for kitties who like the sights/smells of outdoors. attached is one website to build, there are many - google or fb has many showing how to! https://spca.bc.ca/news/how-to-build-a-catio/

Jeremy Melon One of my friends found her cat after a month of him gone missing. He had been at a neighbour’s who also had a cat. My friend found him after she went door to door in the neighbourhood where her cat had gone missing and requested the neighbours to look out for her cat and gave them his picture. One day one of the neighbours called to let her know of the cat sighting. That’s how she found him. Please knock on the doors of neighbours where the cat went missing, as they might be able to help you find your fur baby.

Jeremy Melon this👇has worked for a lot of pet parents in finding their fur babies even after several weeks/months of having gone missing: They could be close from where they went missing or close to where they lived in the recent past, you could go out when dark or quiet and call softly, get a flashlight & check under bushes & behind things. Sit outside and just talk (to yourself is ok). I can confirm, the talking actually helps, even quietly so that you don't disturb your neighbours. Don’t put litter box out (that could attract raccoons) but you could put dirty laundry, leave window/door ajar.
