does this cat wear a collar? Could this cat travel several miles from then until now? A black and white tuxedo cat showed up almost a week ago and is scared, tried to start a fight with another scared lost stray, and has a collar and is long and not too heavy.

Call ACCTPHILLY. They were the one who may be responible for the missing cats. See this car? It's a Whiite 2011 Ford Edge with tinted window, Pa. LTD-1435. He showed up on Millbrook Road near Fairdale Road on Feb.20,2024 and he put cats in the car at 7 AM the next Morning. Call ACCT PHILLY to Complain at 267-385-3800. They may took your cats. The driver is a Balck guy with dark blue cap in his 40's and he's animal Control thief. Several community cats have been missing since that date and they were fixed bought back by Meraki Sanctuary. I told them that you better bring them so far, tthey didn't reutrn it. The neaghbors is the one who responible for keek calling ACCT. People like that should learn to mind their own business.
