I would want someone to definitely be able to check it. Too hot here to leave a cat in a trap for any length of time

Put your used bedding and your worn clothes out for scent where she got out.

Borrow a humane trap or 2 from a shelter like PACC or Hermitage or buy at a hardware store (get the raccoon size). Go to the area she escaped, especially at dawn, dusk or at night. Set it baited with smelly food like tuna or sardines etc. Then sit back away from the trap where you can watch but the cat won't be spooked away. Wait until she's inside the trap don't rush it. Do this several nights at least. But never leave a trap unattended or set in extreme heat. Post big bright flyers in the too.

You might want a net to catch if it's Xtra scared.
