The photo attached was lightened up by AI, so it might not be 100% accurate (I think it has shorter ears like a pit.) We can’t get close enough to tell and it is sitting in front of the only door to our building we can enter when the alarm is on. I tried buying food to coax it away from our door, but is showing no interest. It has a collar and a leash, so it belongs to someone. I think it is just scared. Unfortunately, I had to contact animal control because we can't get in our building.
